- Lemon juice15 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Sugar syrup 1:120 ml
- Single cream20 ml
- Egg white15 ml
- Orange flower water3 dash
- Soda water · to top40 ml
Dry-shake, then shake with ice longer than feels polite. Strain and shoot soda through the head.
