- Sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Bénédictine7.5 ml
- Peychaud's bitters1 dash
- Angostura bitters1 dash
Stir rye, cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine and both bitters. Strain over ice.
Bar note: Easy to make flabby if Bénédictine is heavy.
