Morgenthaler-style
- Amaretto45 ml
- Bourbon22.5 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Sugar syrup 1:17.5 ml
- Egg white (optional)15 ml
Shake amaretto, bourbon, lemon, syrup and egg white. Strain over ice.
Allergens: nuts (almond flavour; check brand)
Bar note: Gun-mix versions are a different drink.
