- Lime juice25 ml
- Sugar syrup 1:115 ml
- Fresh mint10 leaf
- Soda water30 ml
Gently press mint with lime and sugar. Add rum and crushed ice. Churn. Top soda.
Bar note: Mashed-to-mush mint and bottled lime are the usual failure.
