- Lemon juice25 ml
- Sugar syrup 1:1 · 115 ml
- Egg white · or aquafaba (optional)15 ml
Dry-shake if using egg white. Shake with ice. Strain. Bitters on the foam.
No egg
Same drink, sharper texture
Shake bourbon, lemon and syrup. Strain.
