- Sugar syrup 1:1 · 17.5 ml
- Peychaud's bitters3 dash
- Absinthe1 rinse
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir rye, sugar and Peychaud’s. Strain in. Express lemon.
Bar note: Skipping the rinse loses the point.
